Ascent Music Productions (AMP) is a music production company founded to produce and promote music that touches the hearts of our Jewish people and draws them closer to the G-d of Israel and to Yeshua, the Messiah.

Our primary objective is to raise up and facilitate an active and vibrant community of musicians in the synagogues of the Messianic Jewish world, and to facilitate strong connection, support, and the continual exchange of ideas among them. 

Ascent Music Productions envisions synagogues as centers of musical creativity drawing inspiration from congregational and community life, the annual cycle of scripture readings (Torah parshot), and the revelation by the Spirit of G-d of what He is doing. As such, we see our synagogues as a new and necessary source of creative and cultural influence, motors of innovation to set new standards of excellence, substance, and relevance for the music we use and perform to be a blessing to our people and to our G-d. 

The ongoing success of our mission and the fruition of our vision will take great conviction, perseverence, and stamina, as well as commitment to younger generations; indeed, the measure of success and ongoing legacy of every generation is always and only the magnitude of the ascent of the next. 

Though our strategies will develop as we work and learn, we feel achieving our directives will depend on the accomplishment of these objectives:  

1. Focus on raising up and equipping congregational musicians and music ministry leaders.
2. Provide easily obtainable resources with clear methods for implementation and mastery.
3. Redefine the pervasive perception of what music in synagogues can and should be, and how it can be used.
4. Invigorate musical creativity in synagogues by way of training, production support, and promotion.
5. Invest in music education for current musicians and our children.
6. Build, stregthen and expand the connection, interaction, and exchange of ideas among musicians and music leaders in our synagogues.
7. Solidify the fiscal stability of Ascent Music Productions by exercising wise stewardship, establishing and partnering with trustworthy accountability, communicating transparently, and maintaining strong profitability.

For the sake of the restoration of Israel, let the music we make ascend to new heights so the hearts who hear it can ascend in devotion to G-d. Ascent Music Productions will continually endeavor to achieve this in greater and greater measure.
